Evidential Reasoning Networks

Evidential Reasoning Networks, more generally known as Valuation Networks, enable Evidence Theory (Dempster-Shafer Theory) to be expanded beyond a single Frame of Discernment --- the set of possibilities over which Dempster-Shafer reasons. They are similar in concept to Bayesian Belief Networks.
